Inside the Spring Arcade building is DTLA’s very own authentic French wine bar, Garçons de Cafe. The favorite for those mature locals looking to escape the craziness of the historic core. Filled from ceiling to floor with fine French wines, this is heaven for Francophiles and those who know how to appreciate quality, variety, and simplicity.
